AY2125 Malaga – Helsinki, 1 November 2009
The night before I got home from my local pub. Looking at the weather forecast for the next day I got sad. The expected bad weather. At Amsterdam Schiphol they expected not much interesting except G-RAIN and G-WIND… so what to do?!
Book myself a flight! On what? Uhh what you think? FINNAIR MD11 of course! The idea just came out of nowhere! Finnair is operating a few leisureflights with MD11 and the next day Malaga in Southern Spain was going to be operated by Finnair with MD11.
Looking for Transavia flights to Malaga… yes… departing 7 AM from AMSTERDAM. Arriving 10 AM in Malaga.
Finnair departing 1.30 PM from Malaga to Helsinki. Stay overnight in Helsinki Vantaa Airport Hilton and then next morning take the 7 AM flight to Stockholm where I take the 7.30 AM flight to Amsterdam!! It all just was perfect!
