The first flight of the year 2015. Normally this weekend was used for a flight to the eastcoast USA or Canada, but now an escape was made to a warmer city in the Americas. Los Angeles! Unfortunately the machine scheduled today was the last flown 747 in 2014, PH-BFC. Anyway, The City of Calgary will bring back some unforgettable memories thinking back to this day!
Here some pictures of KL601 this day.
“What do you like to eat Mr. Boersma, vegetarian pasta or meatballs?” I replied to the flightattendent: “Uhh, is it meatballs with red cabbage today? That tasted pretty good the previous times.“ Flightattendent; “Yes, its the red cabbage, you really fly to often Mr. Boersma!” 😀 Haha well maybe I do 😉
Almost getting complete night again when we fly above Greenland
