KL415

It was about time to fly a new registration from the A330 or B747 series! Only have flown ‘double’ machines this year so far. I liked to have some more progress 🙂
Miles were burned to get a new A330 to Kuwait. PH-AOF was scheduled for Saturday, PH-AKD, my last to fly A330-300 was scheduled for the Sundays flight. This would be a good weekend if the planning wouldn’t change.
The ticket was booked on Friday, 24 hours before departure.

Here PH-AOF seen on arrival from from Aruba, 3 hours before departing to Kuwait.

In Kuwait I checked Sundays schedule. No PH-AKD for me, but an A330-200 instead! PH-AOE was scheduled for my returnflight, another new A330, jackpot! 😀
Here boarding PH-AOE for our flight to Dammam, and Amsterdam. This is the only time you can easily get into Saudi-Arabia. Despite not leaving the plane, I’ve been there! The closest you can get I think!

In the Business Class you get the famous Delft Blue KLM Houses! Another addition to my collection, and finally number 1! 🙂 It’s empty because of custom regulations in Kuwait and Saudi-Arabia.
